The last several posts have been about self-knowledge. Once you have ideas about what your college and career goals are, you'll want to explore your options, perhaps both in your home country, and abroad.
With that in mind, this post closes our chapter on knowing yourself, provides a preview of what's coming, and shares an important deadline coming for Moroccans interested in the Fullbright program to study in the USA short term during college, for graduate school, and beyond. Review If you've been reading my step-by-step guide, you'll have seen that step 1 is to know yourself, and what you want from your education. These steps of course don't always go in linear order. You can complete several steps at once. It may be that you need to know what educational options exist before you can decide what's right for you. Whatever the case, if you think you might be interested in the education in the USA, you'll want to learn about the system there. That's my focus. I also encourage students to compare with the options that exist at home, and in nearer by neighboring countries. My specialization is American education, and so that's my focus, naturally. Important Deadline While I want to approach these topics along with my step-by-step guide, I may jump 'out of order' a little here and there when important deadlines approach. For example, for college students who want to study on a Fullbright scholarship in the United States, the application deadline is May 31, 2019. I may add a post in there sooner than later so students interested in this can get started planning sooner than later. If anyone has topics they want me to cover, please let me know. Thanks!
