Want to Fund Your Studies in the United States? Here are some scholarships that maybe of interest to international students. 

Top Scholarships for International Students to Study in USA
Note: You may want to look at their list of universities offering international students scholarships, and keep these universities in mind when you narrow down your college application list. 
  • Scholars4dev: "The United States is one of  the prime destinations for students who are looking to benefit from a top notch and widely recognized international education.  However, there are limited scholarship options for international students who wish to study in the US for free.  To help you, scholars4dev.com compiled a list of scholarships in USA offered by US Colleges and Universities as well as scholarships granted by US government and institutions." 
  • Rotary Clubs: Members of Rotary Clubs can look into scholarships. Not a member? Joining can provide opportunities for local leadership. Club locations are international, and for those living in Morocco, there's one right here near Tetouan. 

Universities offering international students scholarships
  • Cedar Crest College - EducationUSA ALERT! New scholarship update! Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania is offering merit scholarships for international students. Their merit scholarships are awarded to traditional, full-time first-year students based on academic criteria, including high school grade point average (GPA) and SAT/ACT results if taken.   • EducationUSA also lists several additional institutional scholarships for college and English language learning programs.

Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering Scholarships for International Students*

  • Undergraduate Aeronautical Engineering Scholarships for University of Alabama
    High school students, look here. The university of Alabama is funding aeronautical engineering scholarships for the students of USA. Aeronautical engineering scholarships are available for the freshman students. The last date for submitting applications is December 15, each year.
  • Amelia Earhart Fellowship for Aerospace Engineering
    The Amelia Earhart Fellowship is awarded annually to women pursuing Ph.D./doctoral degrees in aerospace-related sciences or aerospace-related engineering. The Fellowship of US$10,000, awarded to 35 Fellows around the globe each year, may be used at any university or college offering accredited post-graduate courses and degrees in these fields. The application deadline is 15 November.

Scholarships for Women:
  • The Margaret McNamara Education Grants: supports grants for international women studying in the U.S. or Canada. Awards are about $12,000 each and are not renewable. Women who are committed to improving the conditions of women and children and have participated in services for them are invited to apply for these grants. The individuals must come from a lower or middle income developing country and intend to return to their country after completing the program. Participants commit to at least two years of service in the field.
  • Georgetown University Law Center offers the Leadership and Advocacy for Women in Africa (SAWA) fellowhip to participants from Africa seeking a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown that centers on international women’s rights. After completing classes, the individuals complete a post-graduation internship. They then return to work for advancement of women’s rights in their own countries.
  • The American Association of University Women has been dedicated to empowering women for more than 100 years. Among several, one unique program opportunity AAUW provides is their international fellowship. This allows women from foreign nations to come to the U.S. and conduct graduate and postgraduate studies  at accredited institutions. Applicants must have earned the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree by November 15 of 2018 for the 2019-20 school year, and must have applied to their proposed institutions of study by the time of the application. The following years should have similar deadlines. Up to five International Master’s/First Professional Degree Fellowships are renewable for a second year.
 
Scholarship for Road Safety studies (in England)
  • ​​ICP Master of Transportation Sciences Scholarships in Low and Middle Income Countries: The ICP scholarship students follow a specific track within our Master of Transportation Sciences with a focus on Road Safety in Low & Middle-Income Countries. Cases will be tailored to their needs and input. Master thesis and internship are also related to a topic relevant to the South and the future careers of the graduates. Deadline: February 1, 2019
